I am a graphic artist and designer. I work in design using several different mediums that utilizes sketching, color theory,
digitalized photography and 3d objects. Much of my process can include contrasting lines, abstract details,
motifs and organic objects. Most of these I find as an inspiration through environments, whether it's in nature,
live music, travel, along with constant visits to galleries and museums.
Throughout the years I have embraced artists such as Herb Lubalin, Frank Stella, Andy Warhol, and Neville
Brody. During my studies as an undergraduate, I was very much influenced by the art
history of the Dada and Futurism periods.
My most recent projects have revolved around textile designs, surface patterns, apparel, product branding, and unique website designs for a wide range of client-based enterprises. I created Creative Hina Design in 2001 while attending Wayne State University while earning a B.F.A. I am always designing new collections, experimenting with different techniques and graphic designs, and partnering with new customers such as INKY CLOUD of England, Quetarshe Textiles Design Studio, and Soul Sweet Beads, to mention a few. I also have an Etsy store where I sell current gift items.
