I am a graphic artist and maker.
I work in design with a wide range of mediums, including sketching, photography, paint and multimedia. My method includes contrasting colors, abstract details, themes, and organic motifs that are inspired by their environment, such as nature, music, culture, or visits to galleries and museums.
Over the years, I've admired artists like Herb Lubalin, Frank Stella, Andy Warhol, and Neville Brody. Dada and Futurism's art history had a significant influence on my undergraduate studies. I established Creative Hina Design LLC while studying B.F.A. at Wayne State University. I'm continually creating new collections, trying out new mediums and collaborating with clients and artisans.
My current work involves product branding, surface patterns, apparel, typesetting and screen printing.
These designs and artworks are available in my Etsy store, as at various events and in businesses throughout Metro Detroit. In addition, some products are available for wholesale on Faire.
